Job Description
**Amentum is seeking a System Administrator to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC).**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ System Administration: Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot a variety of systems, including Windows and Linux servers and workstations, as well as network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and firewalls
+ Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level technical support to identify, analyze, and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues. This includes serving as an escalation point for user-reported problems (Tier 1 and 2)
+ System Monitoring and Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance, resource utilization, and network traffic to identify and address potential issues. Perform routine preventative maintenance, backups, and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and operational continuity
