Responsibilities:
Administer and support Windows-based enterprise environments.
Provide end-user support, ticket handling, and event support.
Manage on-prem and hybrid environments (AD and Azure AD).
Work with Office 365 services: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune.
Manage users, devices, licenses, and MFA.
Troubleshoot systems, networks, and user issues.
Support infrastructure tools: AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS.
Collaborate closely with the infrastructure team.
Be available for on-call / out-of-hours interventions when...
