Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Windows-based enterprise environments .
- Provide end-user support , ticket handling, and event support.
- Manage on-prem and hybrid environments (AD and Azure AD).
- Work with Office 365 services: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune.
- Manage users, devices, licenses, and MFA .
