**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Experience in Service Operation in a customer support focused approach within a CIS Support Unit;
- Experience in Management and use of related toolsets (e.g. ITSM).
**Duties/role**:
- Providing technical and principal support for all Windows related servers/desktops, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Back End ESXi VMware platform and associated ancillaries within a Data Center;
- Supporting Incident Management for CSU Stavanger.
