Role Overview

The System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the Firm’s IT systems, network infrastructure, and technology equipment. This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems, providing technical support to staff and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The IT Systems Administrator reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will work closely with other Managers and team member of the Firm.
