System Analyst

Rate :90-100/hr INC

Must have Canadian Reliability Clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop requirements, and specification documents for systems;
• Translate business requirements into systems design and specifications;
• Analyze and recommend alternatives and options for solutions;
• Develop technical specifications for systems development;
• Conduct knowledge transfer and coaching of the team members;
• Develop new business requirements for the relevant systems;
• Develop detailed business processes and workflows for the new system;
• Create User Stories based on existing Use Cases and business processes;
• Update current Use Case Scenario models;
• User Stories to be written and stored in the enterprise online repository (e.g., Azure DevOps (ADO) board);
• Identify opportunities for change for business processes and system integration;
• Provide expertise, advice and guidance for the revitalization of FWCS systems;
• Evaluate existing FWCS business and system processes and propose process improvements if applicable;
• Work independently with minimal supervision and guidance;
• Work in a team environment consisting of multiple stakeholders, from business to technical, from diverse and potentially competing areas;
• Work remotely with regular communications and meetings via MS Teams; and
• Additional work as required and within the resource’s skills sets.
