Overview

The Systems and Applications Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for assigned systems and applications, ensuring their optimal performance through maintenance, backups, and security measures. The Systems and Applications Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements, perform system updates, and execute change management processes. The role also includes providing Tier 1 support, conducting user acceptance testing, and developing programs to improve operational efficiency.
