Tasks

Perform comprehensive system analysis focused strictly on technical aspects (not business analysis, no user stories).

Model complex systems using UML within Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (developers, testers, PM, Scrum Master, GUI designer, Solution Architect) in a Scrum environment (4-week sprints).

Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a .NET + Angular web application based on microservices and microfrontends.

Plan and organize your analytical work effectively.

Occasionally attend on-site meetings (always scheduled well in advance).

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system analysis OR 4 years plus OMG Certified UML Professional (Intermediate) or equivalent.

Expert-level knowledge of UML and Sparx Enterprise Architect.

Proven experience in creating full analytical models using UML.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (1st cycle of higher education).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small analytical team.

Experience in designing and implementing analytical processes.

English proficiency at C1 level.

Attention to detail, reliability, and engagement.

Nice to Have

Experience in public sector projects.

Leadership experience in analytical teams.

UML certification.
