What You ll Do

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant at PreludeSys, you will:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to customer needs, with an emphasis on NPSP.
  • Code Development & Review: Build high-quality code using LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Flows, while conducting peer reviews to ensure standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Participate in daily scrum calls with customers and Customer Success Managers, providing technical insights and progress updates.
  • Integration: Design and implement robust integrations using REST APIs for seamless system connectivity.
  • Migration: Manage data and metadata migrations to ensure smooth transitions during deployment.
  • Specialized Modules: Configure and optimize Agentforce, Admin capabilities, Field Service Lightning, and NPSP.
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices, tools, and coding standards.
  • AI Tools: Explore and leverage AI tools to improve solution efficiency and innovation.

Your Skillset

We re looking for an experienced Salesforce professional with deep technical expertise and solutioning skills. Must-haves include:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience, with strong hands-on expertise in NPSP.
  • Technical Skills:
  • LWC, Advanced Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Flows
  • Integration via REST API
  • Data and Metadata Migration
  • Agentforce
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Field Service Lightning, NPSP
  • Problem-Solving: Strong debugging and optimization skills for scalable Salesforce applications.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Certifications Required

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect
