About the Role

The System Analyst acts as a bridge between business requirements and IT solutions, ensuring SCG’s systems meet operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
  • Train users and provide ongoing system support.
  • Ensure alignment of IT solutions with SCG standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years in system analysis or business-IT coordination; new graduates are welcome .
  • Knowledge of ERP or business systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
