Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions by analyzing system needs, defining functional and technical specifications, and supporting the delivery of scalable and reliable IT systems. The role works closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications (FSD, TSD)

• Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements or new solutions

• Support solution design by working closely with architects and development teams

• Define data flows, system interfaces, and integration requirements

• Ensure system designs align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards

• Support development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving issues

• Assist in system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews

• Maintain system documentation and ensure traceability across requirements, design, and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• 8–12 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation

• Good understanding of application architecture, system integration, and data flows

• Experience working in Agile / SDLC environments

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose effective solutions

• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
