Position Title : System Analyst
Position type: Contract 12 months
Key Responsibilities :

• Participate actively in the full project development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and manage application solutioning and design using technologies such as Java, .Net programming, or PL/SQL.
• Oversee and manage daily operational tasks, including system monitoring, issue tracking, and resolution.
• Conduct qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis to resolve issues and identify improvements.
• Align technology solutions with business objectives, combining both a strategic vision and deep analysis of business needs and technical challenges.
• Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and compliance standards in all technical operations.
• Integrate diverse systems and technologies, ensuring seamless operation in multi-platform environments.
• Collaborate on procurement and governance processes, preferably within the context of Singapore Government frameworks.
• Provide insights into financial instruments and operations for system enhancements, with a particular focus on the financial sector.
• Work with S.W.I.F.T messaging platforms and infrastructures, offering expertise or a willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is highly advantageous for enhancing system integration and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in application development and operations management, particularly in environments involving Java, .Net, or PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of IT security and governance standards.
• Familiarity with systems integration involving multiple technologies.
• Experience with Singapore Government procurement processes is a plus.
• Understanding of financial instruments and SWIFT platforms is beneficial.
• Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is a distinct advantage.
