This role serves as the technical lead for Cityworks-related projects, integrations, and support, ensuring the system meets operational, reporting, and strategic needs across operations. The analyst collaborates with IT, GIS, and operational teams to enhance workflows, improve data quality, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
