System and Logistics Operations Executive

Responsibilities
Oversee transport operations to improve productivity of vehicles and develop cost efficient solutions to fulfil the needs of our customer.
Work closely and support controller with daily fleet operations in planning, scheduling and tracking of vehicles via TMS to optimise fleet usages and movements. 
Coordinate and communicate with customers, drivers and internal staff to ensure smooth delivery of jobs assigned.
Handle call and written enquiries from customers on their transports needs and operational issues encountered.
Perform service recovery by coming up with effective transport solutions to correct service lapses encountered during daily operations.
Leverage on use of TMS to generate data on transport asset usage for business analysis, planning and profitability analysis.
