Lead the migration from Entra ID Connect to Okta, including planning, phased rollout, coexistence, and decommissioning. ? Design and implement integration with Okta as the authoritative identity source. ? Define and execute user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) using Okta and SailPoint. ? Assess and mitigate risks related to authentication changes, MFA enforcement, and application cutover. ? Develop rollback and contingency plans to ensure business continuity during migration. ?
