Transaction Storage & Config (TSC) team is looking for a System Development Engineer to enable the movement of critical Amazon data allowing business service workloads to operate regions of their choice. The end-state architecture will enable services to break region coupling while retaining the ability to keep critical business functions within a region. This architecture will improve customer latency through local affinity to compute resources and reduce the blast radius in case of region failures. We are looking for System Development engineers with a strong sense of ownership and passion for delivering efficiency initiatives of our services, building tools, infrastructure maintenance and engaging with stakeholders to create significant impact on our systems.
