We're seeking a skilled Solutions Consultant to support the delivery and implementation of system enhancements, new products, and projects in Life Operations.


Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and execute changes related to Claims System enhancements, implementation of new products, and projects across different claims types. These may encompass changes related to Integral Life Application, artificial intelligence (AI) or optical character recognition (OCR).
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes, systems, and data related to operations.
  • Create business process mappings (AS-IS & TO-BE), ensuring that process is lean before automation implementation.
