-L3/L4 technical support, infrastructure-related troubleshooting and end-user hardware/software issues within agreed-upon SLAs

-Provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and related

infrastructure and routine patching of physical and virtual server environments

-Creation and maintenance of comprehensive as-built documentation and system administration operating procedures
