System Engineer

Our client is a one of the world top hands free video streaming technology company:

• Over 6500 + staff globally across EMEA, NA, APAC and Middle East

• They are looking for a system engineer to support their hardware R&D and manufacturing divisions within the infrastructure environment

Responsibilities:

• L3/L4 technical support, infrastructure-related troubleshooting and end-user hardware/software issues within agreed-upon SLAs
• Provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and related infrastructure and routine patching of physical and virtual server environments
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive as-built documentation and system administration operating procedures
• Technical assessment of new technologies
