Overview

Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of workspace technologies, including audiovisual equipment (projectors, displays, sound systems) and video conferencing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with setting up and utilising video conferencing solutions, including audio and video configurations, screen sharing, and troubleshooting connection issues.
