Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Hosting and Support working experience
Expertise on Citrix technologies (web interface, storefront, Director, VDA, Receiver),Citrix XenDesktop, VMware, NetScaler, AppSense, Windows endpoint (thin & thick clients) technologies and PowerShell.
Excellent troubleshooting skills on infrastructure related issues. Fundamentals
Ability to handle both the infrastructures with minimal training.
Knowledge in App-V, AppDNA and other associated technologies.
Basic knowledge on performance monitoring tools like Splunk, Kibana will be a value add.
Knowledge on networking and storage is an added advantage.
Analyze problems within the environment and drive to root cause resolution.
Coordinate with various infra and app support groups to mitigate issues.
Managing virtual machines hosted on VMware ESX Environment.
Managing ICA Policies in XenApp and Xen-Desktop.
