Role Overview
The Systems Engineer will provide specialized Mobility & Integration System Engineering services in support of ICT programs. This role is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting Mobile ICT systems, MobileIron environments, cloud-based platforms, and associated integration components. The position requires hands-on technical capability, strong troubleshooting skills across Levels 2 and 3, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, system designers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance MICT systems including the deployment of patches and minor capability improvements
- Investigate, implement, and test system improvements and integrations, including Cisco VPN monitoring tool
