Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Operate and maintain Government-furnished telephone/telecommunications equipment, including VoIP, VoSIP, ACD, and TDM technologies. Involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet operational objectives. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to keep the voice infrastructure up to date with patches, upgrades, and security/compliance requirements. Continuously monitor voice systems' performance, report on performance, and take corrective actions. Respond to customer incident tickets promptly and restore systems and services to full operational capability. Maintain and update all as-built design and O&M manuals for equipment, ensuring compliance with government standards.
