System Engineer

C2 Group is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key client’s enterprise backup and restore environment. This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise backup platforms while contributing to broader Systems and Data Centre operations.

As a System Engineer, you will take ownership of backup infrastructure, lead incident and request resolution, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement — while uplifting Service Desk capability through knowledge sharing and shift-left practices.
