Overview

This role will work with the infrastructure team to maintain and ensure that the rising SLA requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital systems engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of progressive experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT operations and support, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and OCI.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
