Job Summary

:

We are seeking a talented System Engineer in the Generative AI team who will be working with and guiding the team. This individual will be in charge of leading systems design, architecture, and documentation. The System Engineer will be writing code regularly when bandwidth permits. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who understands technical systems in depth, is an avid developer, and an even better architect.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead system architecture design, component designs, and entity relationship documents
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. You will jump in and be hands-on with different deliverables as bandwidth allows.
  • Develop and fine-tune prompts for known large language models (LLMs) to enhance AI model performance using techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Debug with the team and be involved in the QA process.
  • Create new and enhance existing services, as well as integrations using Python, and React
  • Integrate third-party and internal custom solutions into our portfolio of software products. Monitor and maintain API services in production environments.

    • Qualification/Experience:

  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Have 3+ years of experience designing and architecting systems.
  • Have 2+ Years of experience with generative AI prompt engineering using technologies like GPT-5, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, and Gemini 2.5 Pro
  • Have startup experience – a plus.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or have the equivalent in relevant work experience.
