We are seeking dedicated professional to join our team as System Engineer. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze the existing problems, create a solution, execute it with the desired outcome. It is also important to have basic knowledge and understanding of system infrastructure, network security and virtualization. The role involves implement and managing network security solutions, and to provide technical support to maintain business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities
-Provide technical support to customers, remotely or onsite support.
-Provide technical proof-of-concepts (POC) installation and evaluation.
-Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
