  • To perform software installation and customization.
  • To perform post-implementation activities.
  • To troubleshoot and follow-up on issues reported by customers.
  • Monitor, trouble-shoot and administer the software, track and report software maintenance, and consult with technical management on software changes to the systems.
  • Respond to customer issues 24 x 7, as assigned.
  • Maintaining of the office network and server equipment.

Job Requirement

  • Knowledge in Operating System and System Software installation and configuration would be advantage.
  • Knowledge in Distributed Operating System and Databases e.g Wintel, Unix, AIX, Linux, SQL, Oracle, etc.
  • Networking skills is added advantage.
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking and writing proficiency.
  • Initiative, work independently and ability to meet deadlines.
