System Engineer

1. Infrastructure Support and Monitoring

• Provide support and monitoring of Windows servers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Wintel systems including Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and group policy.
• Monitor infrastructure health and usage, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of virtual machines and server resources.

2. System Administration and Maintenance

• Handle user access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, including AD and file permissions.
• Monitor system alerts, performance metrics, and backup jobs to ensure operational continuity.
• Support patch management and antivirus/endpoint protection deployment.

3. Collaboration and Documentation

• Work closely with lead engineers, network teams, and cloud architects to ensure smooth operations across environments.
