Systems Engineer (Service) – L2 Support
Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a Systems Engineer (Service) to join our technical support organisation. This is a hands-on Level 2 (L2) role, with growth towards Level 3 (L3) engineering, for an experienced engineer who can operate confidently in production environments and ramp up quickly after product training.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the L2 escalation point for Service Desk (L1), partners, and customers on ANTlabs products and cloud platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents (onsite or remote), working across OS, network, application, and database layers to restore service within agreed SLAs.
Support deployments and projects: take over from Solutions / Implementation teams, understand the technical design, and ensure stable ongoing operations.
Prepare and execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for upgrades, configuration changes, and maintenance windows.
