Administer and support Windows Server environments and Active Directory
Manage user access, group policies, and identity lifecycle
Support and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Network & Security
Design, implement, and support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs)
Configure and maintain firewalls and network security devices
Monitor network performance, availability, and security
Operations & Support
Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and requests
Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues
