**Job Overview**

The System Manager Education provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for education programs within the Practice & Education department and across the system. This role provides oversite for Behavioral Emergency Response Training Programs. This includes responsibility for covering program instructors, class content, and learning methodologies. This role directs the assessment, planning, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of program objectives and learning initiatives. Serves as the key collaborator for education & communication practices to hospitals, domains, service lines, and clinical areas. Partners with nursing leadership, nursing practice & education, nursing clinical informatics, regulatory, quality, patient safety, employee occupational health, others to meet overall organizational practice changes, strategies, and gaps related to education programs for the system.
