Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ASIC RTL Design Engineer to join our growing VLSI team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RTL design, SoC development, microarchitecture , and Ethernet-based IPs , with hands-on experience in quality and sign-off checks like Lint and CDC .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for complex ASIC/SoC designs
• Define and implement microarchitecture based on system requirements
• Work on Ethernet protocols/IPs (MAC, PCS, PHY interface understanding)
• Perform Lint, CDC, and RDC checks using tools like SpyGlass
• Collaborate with verification, physical design, and DFT teams
• Support SoC integration , IP bring-up, and debug
• Ensure design quality, performance, power, and area optimization
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ASIC RTL Design
• Strong expertise in Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Solid understanding of SoC architecture and integration
• Hands-on experience with:
• Ethernet protocols
• Lint & CDC analysis
• SpyGlass
• Strong knowledge of microarchitecture definition
• Experience in working with synthesis-friendly RTL
• Good understanding of clocking, resets, and low-power concepts

Good to Have

• Exposure to low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF)
• Experience with AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB)
• Familiarity with synthesis and STA concepts
• Prior experience in silicon bring-up or post-silicon debug
