• We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can gather and analyze the needs of various professions, ensure seamless communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders, and monitor corrections, developments, and deployments.

This is a challenging position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Jira and Confluence. A diploma from a higher education institution in management or related field is required. Experience in the firefighter world is considered an asset.
