Background:
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for System performance modeling analyst of Dishwashing
/ Laundry / Cooking Systems. His / her main duty is providing numerical analyses to support engineering teams in the product development process for new project initiatives / Architecture development as well as cost-reduction actions for the current production.
As a System Performance Modeling Engineer, you'll design, simulate, and validate detailed dynamic models of complex systems [Dishwasher / Laundry/ Cooking] using Dymola and the Modelica ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Dishwashers: Thermal and Energy modeling including washing cycles, spray flow dynamics, and energy use.
○ Laundry products: Washing cycles, motor/pump energy use, and heat transfer for drying (where applicable). Applicable techniques for cleaning/drying modeling.
○ Cooking appliances: Energy transfer and heating modeling of ovens and cooktops using thermal system components.
○ Document model assumptions, structure, validation results, and provide clear technical communication across teams. Support digital twin, system integration
○ Preparation and presentation of results/ Reports in the form of slides.
○ Work with cross functional, category, and global teams to align with simulation capabilities, methods, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills•Master’s or equivalent in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Thermal, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or similar.
• Proven 2~3 years experience in Dymola, Modelica, and systems modeling.
• Familiarity with FMI standards, model calibration, and optimization.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python,
• Has exposure of using software like ModeFrontier
• Strong foundation in numerical methods, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, or control theory, as relevant.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
• Collaboration skills and a self-reliant, solution-oriented approach
Optional Skills
• 2 or more years of experience using tools like Dymola, Matlab, Ansys Fluent,
• CFD simulation of turbulent fluid flow, convective heat transfer, and pumps.
• Industry experience in automotive, aerospace, HVAC, or similar high‑complexity fields.
• PTC Creo modelling experience
• English language skills – fluency
