Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead a team to analyze and optimize SoC/system-level performance and power.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and architecture teams to drive performance and power improvement initiatives.
Mentor team members and support technical problem-solving.
Performance & Power Analysis/Optimization
Monitor performance and power metrics throughout product development to ensure design targets are met.
Develop, implement, and promote methodologies and tools for power/performance analysis, measurement, and optimization.
Identify system bottlenecks and propose solutions; drive adoption of new technologies (e.g., DVFS, low-power design, resource management).
Optimize Windows PPM (Processor Power Management) settings for WoA (Windows on ARM) platforms to enhance system performance and power efficiency.
