- System & Product Support
- Handle tickets related to CRM usage and system issues
- Troubleshoot user issues related to: Leads, accounts, and client profiles; KYC status and onboarding flows; Clients setups; Reports and dashboards
- Escalate complex issues to Product Owners, vendors, or technical teams
- Basic Configuration & Maintenance
- Perform basic CRM configurations
- User roles and permissions
