Responsibilities




  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting in a variety of working environments, including professional offices and manufacturing plant

  • Handle daily operation including helpdesk services, network and infrastructure availability

  • Ensure system stability and data security

  • Compose Standard Operation Procedure and conduct regular internal training

  • Coordinate support and project delivery with other regional MIS Department



  • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 3-5 years of solid working experiences

  • Knowledge on Microsoft DC and O365 are preferred

  • Able to communicate with various levels of end users

  • Experience on conduct in-house training

  • Mature and responsible
