Responsibilities
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting in a variety of working environments, including professional offices and manufacturing plant Handle daily operation including helpdesk services, network and infrastructure availability Ensure system stability and data security Compose Standard Operation Procedure and conduct regular internal training Coordinate support and project delivery with other regional MIS Department Requirements
