System Support

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems & Cybersecurity Compliance Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and at least 1–2 years of hands-on involvement in cybersecurity, data protection compliance, and incident response processes.

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day IT operations while also contributing to the organization’s information security management system (ISMS), regulatory compliance, and business continuity programs.

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Windows OS , macOS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services
• Troubleshoot and manage Fortigate or Sophos Firewalls
• Basic understanding of ISO Standards.
• Conduct periodic internal audits , policy compliance checks, and report deviations.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) .
• Understanding of data protection concepts (GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001 or similar).
• Strong English communication skills to support and coordinate effectively with Onshore users.
