Position Summary
The position of System Technician Lead will oversee the day-to-day technical and plant maintenance and operations of the HFC and FTTH plants, head ends, hub sites and other facilities as required. Responsibilities Prioritizing, scheduling and reporting of system maintenance activities to achieve system goals Work in a team environment with installation, construction and inventory leads to complete critical projects on time Perform proof of performance scheduling, testing, reporting, and documentation Work directly with corporate engineering to prioritize, plan and deploy system augments Monitor all NOC reports, service call sheets and system problem reports, responding as required to maintain network integrity Participate in and execute required and random weekly/monthly EAS testing and statewide reporting Schedule, provide and recommend technical training for technic...
