Job Description
This role is for an engineering manager in the Datacenter Platform Integration and Validation Team.
The role will require skills in people management, stakeholder management; plus technical expertise in system validation. The role will also requires solid time management and logistics skills to handle periodic validation cycles and their releases, establishing the cadence for the team and provide appropriate direction and communication.
**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
- As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Plans, provide scope and target for resources and direct activities in engineering functions to meet schedules, standards, and cost.
- Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors.
