**Job Description**
As an IT Systems Administrator, working in the ESS IT shared services business, you will be engaged to install, configure, analyze, diagnose and resolve issues with complex engineering systems. The work includes new as well as the upgrade of existing systems. The position is responsible for the functionality and compatibility of systems in both test and production environments. The candidate must demonstrate a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, cybersecurity compliance and regular operations and maintenance.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience with System Administration and support and have a proven track record of ensuring applications stability, performance, and security, while driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
