Job Description

This resource will primarily support Mobile Workforce Management system but also back up the Meter Data Management System, as needed. The position manages and supports focused technology. Using comprehensive knowledge and competency, this position performs duties to support the running of batches, troubleshooting, making customer requested changes, writing reports, supporting training, patching and upgrading, and overall health of the system. Required Skills: 1. 8 Years of Experience with business customer support of critical systems (applications). 2. 8 Years of Experience with Oracle Database/PL/SQL experience and setting up system connections 3. 8 Years of Experience with upgrading, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering a Mobile Workforce Management (MWM), Meter Data Management System (MDMS), or similar complex-enterprise application system that includes large volumes of data and complex interfaces including job scheduling and disaster recovery plans (SDLC DEV, TEST, and ...
