Scope of Work/Job Characteristics
The Enterprise Systems Administrator shall serve as the Department's Subject Matter Expert. The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
" Perform management activities on Microsoft Azure Entra ID and Active Directory;
" Develop and maintain processes that optimize Microsoft server and Azure resources;
" Develop, deploy, and maintain processes that optimize Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and resources;
" Analyze Azure resource performance to identify resource contention and recommend changes or upgrades as needed to ensure optimization;
" Develop and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and systems documentation;
" Collaborate with Client, data center staff, and users to perform resource deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes;
