The CADD/Engineering Systems Support Specialist provides advanced technical support for photogrammetric, raster, GIS, CADD, and engineering project management software across client systems. The role involves help desk support, desktop and workstation support, licensing management, project planning, and acting as the State agent in problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for photogrammetric applications (e.g., ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, Feature Collection, DTM Collection, Digital Mensuration, Automatic Elevations, Image Analyst). Provide support for raster products such as Bentley Descartes. Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for CADD/engineering design software including ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, OpenRoads Bridge, InRoads Survey, OpenRoads Survey, and Bluebeam.
