About the Role: The OneStream System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the OneStream platform.
Key Responsibilities
User access management: Ensure users have appropriate system access.
System configuration: Set up and configure financial systems.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues.
Data integration: Facilitate seamless data integration from various sources.
Financial reporting: Create, maintain, and update financial reports and forms.
Training and support: Provide training and support to users.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal financial controls.
System upgrades: Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for key processes and controls.
