THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we now have the opportunity for a Systems Administrator – End User Compute to join our Information Technology Department.

As a Systems Administrator – End User Compute, you will play an integral part of our IT team providing IT support to end users, department administration and contributing to IT project planning. This full time position is based at our Head Office, working Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm, and is responsible for:

IT Support

• Provide on‑site level 2 & 3 IT support toendusersandsolvecomplex technical problems tominimisesystem downtime
• Configureend user hardware, including printers,network equipment,and appliance devices
• Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of the IT knowledge and end user knowledge bases
• .keptsomeproblem Identifyandanalysetrends for problem and incident management. Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
