We are seeking a IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Fort Wayne production workforce. As a Systems Administrator I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard.
+ Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets.
+ Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility.
+ Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards.
+ Troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderately complex IT issues.
+ Working with higher-tier Systems Administrators on projects and driving them to completion.
+ Play a key part in vulnerability management.
+ Creating and maintaining documentation.
