We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Systems Administrator II to provide onsite support for the Component Business Unit in East Peoria and Mossville, IL. This role serves as the first line of defense for hardware and software issues, ensuring users remain productive and connected. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting Analyze and resolve user incidents and service requests. Install, deploy, maintain, and administer computer networks and related environments (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals). Perform system updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus definitions. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; replace defective components as needed. Execute data backups and disaster recovery operations. Partner with Segment CISO on cybersecurity concerns and vulnerabilities. Incident Management & Documentation Track and manage tickets using internal systems. Maintain SLAs through timely resolu...
