Responsibilities

• Administer and support backbone servers like Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Microsoft Exchange Server, Domain Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Server Virtualization, Windows Servers and Linux Servers;
• Ability to assume ownership, accountability and leadership to a given task;
• Modify and update user account information, mailboxes and internet accounts upon request and approval;
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the system by monitoring, maintaining and providing support to district office (DO) servers and ensure high availability and attainable system performance;
• Respond to issues, problems and concerns escalated by Customer Care and other support groups related to systems administration function in a timely manner;
